Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been confirmed, as our products are produced in small batches and some items may be made to order or custom sized.

Please review product details and size charts carefully before placing your order.

Cancellations are only accepted if the order has not yet entered the production or processing stage, subject to our confirmation.

In the event of manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48hours of delivery for assistance. Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed via the original payment method.
